Album · 1998 · 14 Songs. More By The Boo Radleys.
The band broke up shortly after the album's release.
C'mon Kids was wonderfully schizophrenic, and it had its moments like the Cheap Trick-ish title track.
10. Heaven'S at the Botton of His Glass. 11. Monuments for a Dead Century. 13. The Old Newsstand at the Hamilton Square.
To me The Boo Radleys were the Best band of the 1990s, regardless of popularity. The band constantly changed and expanded their sound with each and every release- . Especially if you are not looking for a shoegazer type of sound, but just a solid Rock/pop album, Trust me you won't be disappointed with this.
Label: Cherry Red – CDMRED 467. Format: CD, Album, Reissue. Country: UK. Released: 2010 I think the reason this album didn't do better when it was first released in 1998 was that the cover art and design were really bland and flat compared to all the great artwork of everything the Boos released before it. Oh well. Reply Notify me 2 Helpful. US versions of the album included the song "Put Your Arms Around Me And Tell Me Everything's Going To Be OK". Contents. 1 Reception Track listing.
Nor was the reception for the album particularly welcome. People called, and continue to call it, overlong, lacking focus, and/or just plain boring and uninspired
